We do, we all want a little treat every now and then. That’s one of the reasons I started my business, That Vegan Lady, specialising in plant based cupcakes and quiches. I saw a niche in the market.
My biggest hurdle was to work on recipes that would work for me, to make plant based cupcakes that I would want to buy. using the least amount of processed ingredients that I could. My family and friends ate and ate and ATE my cupcakes.
Now my new challenge is to create cupcakes without sugar and still make them delectable delicious and sellable!!!
